The Do's and Don'ts of Exercise

You may think that only doing cardio will help you lose the most weight or that limiting your work-outs to the weekends is enough to reach your health goals. However, the American College of Sports Medicine recently released some do’s and don’ts of exercise that my surprise you. For example, the ACSM recommends incorporating “functional fitness” routines such as yoga and Pilates into your exercise regimen.
